Founder and CEO
Shoaib, the author of Career Crafting and founder of the Canasu Dream Foundation, holds dual master's degrees in social work and commerce. He started his career with TeachForIndia and has since been dedicated to community-oriented efforts, particularly in skill development and women's empowerment. Shoaib is a recognized leader in community service and has completed training in various areas, including public speaking and personal development coaching. He leads by example and is a valuable asset to any organization seeking to make a positive impact.
Kushal comes with over a decade of experience in the financial industry and is currently working as a faculty of commerce. He says “To make a revolution, start by educating children.” with this belief in the future generation he always focuses on providing them support and working closely with communities to understand the struggles and help them to step up in the society. Kushal is always excited about the idea that every women in the world can be a leader and with this belief, he is actively helping Canasu towards resource mobilization.
Roohi is a lawyer turned development professional whose interests lie at the intersection of education and social innovation. She is currently associated with the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, where her research focuses on analysing how innovation and scale can be enabled across India’s education and development systems. She has worked in formal and non-formal education with stakeholders across public, private and third sectors in the Global South, working to create sustainable impact-driven programs and organisations. In her last role, she headed strategy and operations in South Asia for Solve Education! – a global ed-tech non-profit. Roohi is also a Global Shaper and has been a Global Social Impact House Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Social Impact Strategy.
Neeraj Doddamane is the Chief Strategy Officer at ShikshaLokam - an NGO enabling and amplifying leadership development opportunities in K-12 education systems in India. He also leads and orchestrates the organisation’s national programs and key strategic initiatives across teams.
Prior to ShikshaLokam, Neeraj was a Teach For India fellow and taught Grade 6-7 at a government aided school in Bangalore. Additionally, he was a Programs and Strategy Consultant at Anahata Mind Foundation. Currently, Neeraj is a HundrED Ambassador, A Global Shaper and Director of Strategy at Canasu Dream Foundation

Sr. Arogya Mary believes that women should get equal opportunity and be independent. She is the Headmistress of St. Josephs Convent, Whitefield. She has an experience of 25 years working with the communities in Whitefield. Her commitment to serve the people has made her a prominent figure across communities. As a part of Canasu Dream Foundation, She leads many women empowerment projects at St. Joseph’s Convent. Her bold attitude and confidence make her a dynamic leader.
Meet Our Advisors
Anamika is a UK trained Business Psychologist with more than two decades of organisational and leadership experience in Business Psychology and Advertising. She advises organisations and helps professionals build on their strengths and forge successful career paths. Using Business Psychology coaching and assessment tools and techniques, Anamika coaches students, faculty, executives and leadership. She is currently associated with CHRIST (Deemed to be University) as Head - Consulting Practice and advises a student-powered Centre for Academic and Professional Support (CAPS).
Murali M is a passionate individual with a rural background, committed to bringing social change. With a master's degree in Sociology and diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Special Education, he has 20 years of experience in the NGO and development sector. Murali has held leadership positions, consulted with government departments, and founded the Blooms Group of Institutes. He excels in education, team building, and influencing policies to improve academic outcomes.
